Arsenal and Tottenham were admirers of the 22-year-old but were unable to meet Fiorentina’s asking price.
In a statement on Friday night, Juventus confirmed the deal: “Juventus announces that the agreement with Fiorentina for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Dusan Vlahovic has been reached for a consideration of €70m (£58.3m) payable in three financial years, in addition to the solidarity contribution provided by FIFA regulations and additional costs of €11.6m (£9.7m).

Juve and Fiorentina had been in negotiations for some time over a fee for Vlahovic and finally agreed a price on Tuesday.
